'See my full article: https://trainercarlos.com/training-tools/full-finger-fingerless-workout-gloves I received this bear grip training gloves and put them to the test. When it comes to gloves I high recommend them during training season especially if you\'re doing a sport such as CrossFit due to the volume of training. Exercises such as pullups, muscle ups, toes to bar, and rope climbs really put a hurting on your hands. The secret to making gains is having the ability to recover as fast as possible in order to train as much as possible. I like to use gloves 2-3 times per week but I also go gloveless 1-2 times per week. This allows me to rest my hands but also make them rougher and tougher at the same time. For this test I did muscle pullups, standard pullups, muscle ups, and rope climbs. At the end of my workout my lats, biceps, and forearms were sore and pumped but my hands did not feel torn up. The gloves are comfortable, light, breathable, and just give you an overall great experience. On a note, do not use gloves for barbell lifting. Not for weight lifting at least. You can use these gloves for dumbbells, kettlebells, and other types of lifting. My personal use for them will be to do all my hanging gymnastic training.
