'Sculpt long lean sexy arms with this great Ballet Arms Workout! We’ll do 6 different arm movements for 50 seconds with a 10 second break in between each. For the second circuit, we’ll repeat the same 6 arm movements but you’ll have the option to stand on those feet and incorporate leg movements along with the arms to really challenge your strength, balance, and coordination!
