Reap the benefits of a diverse workout that allows you to gain strength, mobility, and stamina, helping you to feel stronger and more energized.   Class 1: Focus on Intro to basics and bodyweight optimization  Interval training is based on alternating a range of exercises for a mix of short bursts of more intense activity with longer periods of low impact fitness, all of which can be done easily at home with a mix of bodyweight and simple equipment. Working with a certified instructor from Old City CrossFit, this class will provide a fun and fulfilling approach to strength training while providing modifications and support for independently mobile participants who have a basic physical activity level.
