'A new upper body workout is hereee & it\'s beginner friendly with breaks! ♥︎ This workout targets your entire upper body - arms, shoulders, back & chest. Perfect to tone and sculpt. I have included 2 exercises with weights, but you can do them without any weights as well. And if you don\'t have weights at home, you can use water bottles instead.
