'Join Rob in a live High Intensity Interval Training workout to shift your fitness fast and burn fat. Short efforts of work followed by rest, this is all about working as hard as you can as an individual. You can reduce the impact (jumping) by stepping in the same patterns or removing the jump element in each exercise. It\'s totally ok if you need additional rest so please stop, breathe, then move back into the working set. You can even try 5-10 minutes as a starting point then build gradually increase the time.
