Complete: 20 x body weight squats 20 x butterfly Sit Ups 20 x burpies 20 x Lunges 20 x Push Ups Squat: hips must drop below the knee, keep chest high Butterfly sit ups: must reach to touch over the toes Burpies: you may use a knee regression option (this will effect your tally position) Lunges: option to alternate or complete 10 on 1 leg, 10 on the other. Back knee must kiss the floor. Push ups: chest must drop below elbows, knee option may be used, this will effect your tally.'
