'identifying your ideal customer or niche market is probably the most important early decision you will take in your business.  Without a knowledge of WHO you are aiming your product or services at you will have no idea what problems that market needs solving.  For instance if you specialise in home workouts then targeting people who only train in a gym won\'t bring you much business  If your methodology includes ice baths at 5am then it\'s doubtful that many parents will be receptive to that philosophy  However if you know that your niche customer is having real issues balancing their home or work life around their training and you give them a perfect system to fix that, then you\'ll have no problem selling  A niche is not a demographic - it\'s not \'busy professionals\'.
