'Hiit Abs #2'

'This is a hiit workout focusing on the core and abdominals.  There are 4 exercises.  Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds followed by a 15 second rest.  Once all 4 exercises are complete, repeat 2 times all the way through for a total of 3 rounds.'
