FAQ -  Frequently asked questions is a really quick and easy for you to write down the ten most frequently asked questions that your members or that your clients might ask you.  You then answer each one of those questions in a social post, on a video or on a podcast or whatever it might be.   2. Create top 5 or top 10 lists.  These are incredibly easy to create 5 are a really great way of creating quick content.  You could do things like Top five foods to avoid when you\'re eating clean.  3.  Use Hashtag #BTS (which stands for behind the scenes) This is especially important for fitness club managers or personal trainers.   Your clients look up to you, they\'re inspired by you and they want to know what you\'re doing on a day to day basis. It’s a great content piece that you could produce and it\'s particularly effective in video format   4. How to create videos in a simple way.  A really easy how-to guide to come up with at least ten how-to videos in under five minutes.  It’s a super easy concept easy to do write down a quick list things like How to set up position for a squat or how to make a green smoothie.   5. \"Did You Know\" Showing people common things.  Examples Did you know how to set up a squat, how to burn off a glass of red wine.   6. Ask me a question.  I really love the Instagram question button.  If you 05:35 miss my episode a couple of weeks ago that is an amazing content generator. If you\'re a gym owner a question might be  “What is your biggest fitness challenge right now?”  You can do the same thing in your Facebook group thing on email.   7.  Look to fitness industry conferences and industry influencers in your area of expertise as to what those groups are talking about.
