(legit 10 calories per minute) abs and arms and legs! this has it all:) The only thing that\'s missing is the heart rate zones, which you can keep track with on your wearables!! (which btw I finally pulled out my Fitbit from AGEs ago and started using it LOL)   also rip splat points but you\'ll KNOW if you deserved any SPLAT points haha and if u get thru these 60 minutes you DESERVE IT  This set is PERFECt for people who have zErO endurance but still want a tough workout!
