'We are back in the gym in Lockdown 2.0! Today our focus is horizontal pushing of some kind! But to start we need to get those shoulders ready for action - dislocates, shoulder taps and hindu push-ups are on deck! After the warm-up its your choice - Bench press? Push-ups? 1-arm push-ups?? All served with a side of shoulder health in the form of YTWI\'s. The conditioning piece is simple - sprints, rows and abs! Then we have a wee sprinkle of Extra Sauce on top just to finish off those abs for the day!
