'It\'s a wonderful day in the gym, it\'s testing day!! We get to see what we have been working towards for the past 6 weeks - it\'s time to see that max hold time for your Hollow Hold! Pick the level you\'ve been working on and give it all you\'ve got! Coach Mark explains how we should approach the workout if we have equipment available or if we are dealing with limited resources. After the testing, the strength piece today takes a look at some kind of supinated pulling (chin-ups is always a great choice) and then YTWIIWTY\'s for all the shoulder health!! In our conditioning piece, it\'s one big 15 minute AMRAP of wonder!
