All exercises are ideal for individual preparation before starting team training, as part of an individual plan. In all exercises, we focus on the ability to change the course of the sprint with maximum intensity, to explode explosively, and the ability to retard rycle. The exercise is designed for all youth ages, most often it will be used by older pupils, adolescents and adults. Younger pupils can also do it, but here the exercise should take place primarily with the ball.
