'It\'s Friday in the gym, its leg day, and we are getting after those hamstrings! In the strength piece today we have a hamstring curl and isometric combo for the legs, and in the conditioning piece we double down on the posterior chain with some kettlebell swings and attack the quads with some jumping squats!
