'Today it\'s legs 3-ways! Cool kind, or not? You decide!  Coach Mark explains how we should approach the workout if we have equipment available or if we are dealing with limited resources.   The Strength piece is a little longer today as we train the legs in 3 ways: Bulgarian Split Squats, Hamstring curls and Wall Squat isometrics! Then it\'s a short and sweet Jumping Lunge ladder with a sprinkling of abdominal fun-times!  Be sure to watch the whole video as we have options whether you have gym equipment available or if you have limited options at home!
