'5 muscle up - 10 pullups - 30 dips - 50 pushups  Andres Aravena - Street Workout Rosario - Argentina  I train because I think it is THE way of life, not sit still, always go forward. It\'s part of being human, we are genetically predisposed to move it.   What motivates me the past and the future, see what went before and what I am now. It motivates me to see you and  realize that there are no mysteries to do things, just do not give up and have the will to do so.   My main goal is to improve technically in certain movements.'
