So this is sort of a throwback video coz this was taken last December before I went on a short vacay sa Pinas and the COVID pandemic. I used to have my 1 on 1 sessions with my coach twice a week and it was pretty consistent for 2 months then BOOM!- CORONA happened. I haven\'t been back to the gym for almost 1 1/2 months na and I did that as a precaution and sort of Social Distancing. I\'m looking forward to go back next month(May). I have tried all forms of exercises and joined different clubs here in Korea (Muay Thai, Crossfit, Yoga and Pilates) pero I still feel weak..haha..Consistency, discipline and determination talaga are keys for noticeable results.
