'Here is a complete Planks sequence that you can try at home at any time. Tell us your experience and let us know if you enjoy working out with us.   We are looking to hold 1 minute of each exercise but always remember to be safe working at your own pace.  With each breath you are sending oxygen to your blood. Breathing at the same pace can help you keep the rhythm of your workout.
