Many people have asked about great diet to use for losing weight and gaining muscle while Capoeira Training. This diet we use in my studio in Corpus Christi, Texas with great F*ng results!  That being said...it's not a keto, it's not a green smoothie...it's just a whole foods diet with a protein supplement. The portion sizes are very important.  Breakfast: Protein Veggie Carb  Protein Shake snack: (just protein and water) Less than 1 g. carb.
