'Why not build your own home garage gym? Save money and get fit doing it! I built this folding rig over 3 weekends, finishing in February 2020, just in time!   It has been a saving grace considering all the gym and CrossFit box closures recently and has helped family and neighbors to keep fit during a tough time.  While I still love the community in the local box or gym, this is great to practice skill and strength coupled with a full workout if I can\'t make it to the gym.  YOU\'LL NEED:  Materials:  3 \"x 3\" square mild steel (76 x 76mm) 3\" x 1/5\" flat bar (76 x 5mm) 32mm pull up bar 16mm round bar for j-hook pins  Dimensions:   Uprights: 2500mm Arms from the wall: 1150mm Width apart: based on a standard Olympic barbell - 1100mm Hole spacing: 50mm and 25mm  Tools:  Cut-off saw Grinder Handheld drill Drill press 17mm drill bit (heavy-duty for steel)  Mig-Welder (or a professional with one)  Safety:  Goggles Gloves Welding apron, mask, gloves'
