Circuit One  10 Burpees 20 Jump Lunges (10 per leg) 24 Knee Ups (12 per leg) 15 Sumo Squats  You have 7 minutes to complete circuit one as many times as you can. (I completed almost two circuits within the given 7 minutes)  ONE MINUTE REST  Circuit Two  2 minute Jump Rope 24 Walking Lunges ( i use 5lb weights in each hand) 30 Raised Reverse Lunges (these might not be shown) 15 Jump Squats  You have 7 minutes to complete circuit one as many times as you can.
