'US NAVY SEAL FITNESS TEST - Did I Pass OR Fail? - Savage Training / Workout'

'I try a very difficult fitness challenge - One that is required to complete in order to be a Navy Seal … and made a video / vlog of the entire tough experience!  The Navy Seals Fitness Test Challenge, consisting of 50 push ups, 50 sit ups , each one must be done in under 2 minutes, then 10 pull ups in under two minutes and a  1,5 mile run in under 10 minutes and 30 seconds…  Am I fit enough?   A 500 yard swim is also required for the Navy Seals Fitness Exam however I did not have a pool (but please subscribe and watch some of my other videos and I can maybe build a pool for a future fitness challenge lol)  #FitnessChallenge #Fitness #NavySeals  Navy Seals training is absolutely savage - I recommend checking out David Goggins’   Do you think I can complete this challenge? A few years ago I could run a 5k in under 18 minutes however it has been a long time since I have done such a fast run… Going into this challenge I felt like my regular bodyweight exercises / calisthenics workout routine would give me enough strength and endurance in order to do the first three exercises, but I was nervous about doing the run / sprint part of the workout.  I am currently aiming to do a different fitness challenge / upload a new fitness video every single week. I have seen other Youtube channels like Simple Man , MattDoesFitness, Behzinga, Tyler Oliveira, Matt Fox, & Nick Dompierre complete them and was inspired to start doing them more myself.
