Thank you all SO much for all your incredible support! I am so sorry that I have not posted at all much in the past month! I have had a lot going on!  My boyfriend\'s Step Mother unfortunately passed away, and it definitely took a toll on the both of us. It impacted me at New York as well at the bootcamp, I was exhausted from going from the funeral, to the wake and then traveling five hours with no sleep and working out at 9 am! I was way in over my head! Seriously thank you to all the amazing girls that have supported me! Especially during this rough time!  New York was incredible! I did not get footage, and I did not take much pictures. I had a huge anxiety/panic attack, but still had a great time and am very fortunate I was able to experience it! I met so many incredible new BBG girls as well!    I hope @kaylaperrycpt @ashfitness917 @getfitbrooklyn @smallandstrong.bbg @positively.megan @bbg__stef all don\'t mind that I showed their incredible progress! These girls are AMAZING! Feel free to email it to me!  SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Since things have been so rough I have not felt mentally/physically fit to continue on with BBG 2.0! And I was just in time to join The Kayla Movement Round 3 with millions of girls! I decided that I will be rebuilding the muscle that I\'ve lost, sticking to a more strict food plan, and working out HARDER! It takes YOU! It\'s 70% Diet 30% Exercise!  So today I chose to start Bikini Body 1.0 with Week 1 Monday Legs and Cardio! I also thought it would be fun to compare it to my first video! Again thank you all for your support! I could not have done this without you! You definitely all motivate me and encourage me daily!  I tried in this video to show you a non edited (only sped up in areas) video of Circuit 1! I know this can be confusing for some of you BBG girls! There is a little chart that helps me out so much! Just always remember your workout for each BBG day is a total of 28 minutes!  This is how your workout should (time fluctuates based on person) look: Warm Up Circuit 1 • 7 Minutes 30 Second Break Circuit 2 • 7 Minutes 90 Second Break Circuit 1 • 7 Minutes 30 Second Break Circuit 2 • 7 Minutes Cool Down • Stretch  I hope this helps some of you out! Just don\'t stop working out for the 7 minutes! And then rest in between circuits!  WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU FINISH THE REPS! AND THERE IS STILL TIME LEFT?! Restart the circuit you were just doing! Don\'t stop; don\'t change circuits; start same circuit again and go until the timer goes off!   Are any of you starting BBG? There is no better time then NOW!
