No Fancy tricks in this video, just a lot of reps and hard work. First time you do it, you can do 3 sets of 12-15 reps with rest 45-60 seconds rest. Or you can do something we really like to do which is put a 45 second timer and do as many reps that you can do in that amount of time. rest 60 seconds and try to beat your reps in the 2nd and 3rd sets. so 3 sets of 45 seconds for each exercise.
