'Moving Wide Squat with W-V\'s. Take a wide feet stance with toes pointed out, back and chest upright, abdominal muscles contracted. Take your weights up in the formation of a V. While squatting squeeze the weights down to the waist in a W formation. Contract the back muscles. Slowly release to get back to the starting position. Alternate this W and V position for a minute. The wide squat works on the inner thighs and the glutes, and the W Vs work on the back, shoulders and the arms. It\'s important to know that poor form can lead to injury. So at all times keep abdominal muscles contracted, hips tucked under and the knees do not extend over the toes..
