'i worked out for 100 days in a row - this is what happened'

'When YesTheory makes a challenge you know it\'s going to push you out of your comfort zone! Lou and I began 100 Days of Sweat this past summer while living in our 40 year old van. Neither of us has been very good at sticking with any kind of exercise plan or fitness routine, but we thought that committing to something of this length would be the perfect way to kick start a consistent exercise habit in our life. Since we didn\'t have access to a gym during the challenge, we focused on bodyweight exercises, power walking, swimming, and hiking for the majority of the 100 days.   100 Days of Sweat was a huge commitment and definitely one of the most challenging things we did in 2019. Thank you, Ammar and the YesTheory team for sharing such an amazing experience with us and pushing us to seek discomfort.
