'Cone 1-5 Soccer Workout'

'YOU CAN DO THIS ALMOST ANYWHERE!  CONE 1-5 SOCCER WORKOUT!  Once you get the desired amount of reps in a row, add the next cone, and move onto the next drill. Once you complete the last drill, start back at the beginning. Go through the circuit as many times as you see fit!  Drill 1 (1 cone): Pull to inside/inside touch. Perform 10 reps, alternating sides.  Drill 2 (2 cones): Scissor touch, L turn, pull. Perform 6 reps, alternating sides.  Drill 3 (3 cones): Dribble around the bend, figure 8 the last cone, explode back to the start. Perform 4 reps, alternating sides.  Drill 4 (4 cones): Outside touch, inside/outside touch, pull twice  spinning in a circle. Perform 6 reps, alternating sides.  Drill 5 (5 cones): Dribble around the middle cone, and then around the wide cone. Make your way around the square. Perform 2 reps, 1 each way.
