'So we measured the hoop and it was 10 ft exactly. Kendell told me he was super sore after our last session for a couple days...then today was pretty tired. So after the session we just do some technique drills for him. Probably will dunk on Friday on the 9\'9-9\'10 hoop just to get dunking reps. These reps are all just for the jumps tho. Making dunks is cool but I just need to keep jumping lol and trying to dunk the source of my intent for jumping. For Kendell I just want to try and get him to do trick dunks tbh. Also jump higher because I believe he has a lot of potential to be a greater jumper. Workout: Squats: 135x10, 185x5, 225x5, 275x3, 295x2, 315x2, 330x1, 335x1 Split Squats: 4x8 each leg Calve Raises: 225x3x10-12 Good Mornings: 95x4x5 Ended up finding the ball to my Pro SKLZ mini hoop and it got me trying to do trick dunks on it so there\'s a bonus dunk session after the lift. I almost never drill and practice trick dunks til I\'m actually on the court so this is rare lol. Dunking is a skill in the end and doing low rim dunks really helps get the technique reps in. Maybe this will help me land more trick dunks lol. TBH tho it is pretty tough to do full windmills and stuff in my garage but still fun nonetheless. Hope yall enjoyed this video!
