For the modification, instead of a front kick, we raise our knees as high as possible. For this exercise we need to focus on the abdominal muscle to balance and be in perfect form. This exercise primarily works on the shoulder muscles, the thighs and the glutes. Switch leg after 30 seconds and continue the same move for 30 seconds again. .
