Join me for today's indoor cycling workout as we ride through  these long hills, alternating between seated climbs and standing climbs!  WORKOUT: Warm-Up - 5 minutes INDOOR CYCLING WORKOUT: 5 x 3 minutes of TENSION (moderate-high for seated climbing, high tension for standing climbs) with 1:30 minute REST Cool-Down - 4 minutes  Happy Sweating!!!
