'SCULPTED CHEST, TRI\'S & SHOULDERS WORKOUT - Sculpt your arms and define your chest and shoulders with with this targeted upper body home workout with dumbbells. I used 1 set of 2kg + 3kg + 5kg + 7kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level. There is 1 Circuit that makes up this workout. Complete 2 sets on each exercise before moving to the next. 40 secs work/20 Secs rest.
