'100 Days of Fitness (ep.1)'

'The introduction to the journey of 100 days of fitness.  Using the \'100 Words of Fitness\' and 6 daily tasks I\'m about to tackle 100 days of no sugar, no alcohol, and many other disciplinary tasks.  Why? I started CrossFit over a decade ago and it\'s taken me on some amazing journeys, but these types of challenges ultimately started the life change #CrossFit gave to me. It\'s time to see if at 32 years old, the tasks and challenges pay similar dividends and transfers to my life as they did at 22.'
