Let me remind you what a clam is. Lie down on the mat. Get your feet together. This is what a clam is. Now let\'s start the exercise. Now that you are in a clam position, get your hands by your side, palms down for support. Raise your hip in the clam position upwards using your abdominal muscles, and exhale and slowly come down. Repeat the move for 30 seconds. It\'s very important that your abdominal muscle is contracted throughout the exercise..
