BUTT AND GUT 21 DAY CHALLENGE DAY 3

My first workout day of a 21 day Butt and Gut Challenge. While this is my first workout day, this video is actually of Day 3 of the 21 day challenge. Full transparency: I did NOT do days 1 and 2 because I was visiting family. I was off the grid and just soaking in some family time.
