Bye, Bye Muffin Top Workout (10 min Ab Workout)

This Wednesday we are bringing back the workouts. We are working off that dreaded Muffin Top this week, by focusing on exercises that target the lower abs and the obliques. This 10 minute workout when done 3-4 times a week will start shedding that muffin top in no time.
