'In this video you will be watching me training on the stationary bicycle while i discuss the importance of listening to your body when it\'s screaming i need a few days off. Also i will talk about the suppliments that i take and the importance of getting tested by a trained professional that can recomend what vitamins and suppliments that you actually need based on blood tests, urin tests, saliva tests, and a several pages of questionnaire; as apposed to just buying items off the shelf based off of fancy commercials.'
