It looks easy but it is not "Workout 4" - 12 minutes

This 12 minute workout will really challenge you. It may look easy but there are some elements to it that will really push you hard. For that reason I encourage that once you choose a workout try and work on improving your technique and if there is a particular move that you are not able to do give it s try. No point in rushing through a workout just to finish it. Always give it your best.
