Hello Everyone! Here is a new #ABS workout with 10 exercises to get our core all fired up and work those love handles! All exercises will be 45 secs work to 15 secs rest EACH. This was indeed a good challenge for the core and total body strength! Do feel free to give a GO and modify the rest and work time if needed.
