'Trainer Aja is ready to take you through a brand new, Home Work-in! This exercise session requires no equipment, just a water bottle and some motivation! You can choose to follow the trainer or go at your own speed. Any fitness level can participate, too! The trainer will start you off with a quick warm up consisting of arm circles and hip rotations. Once you’re loose, you’ll start 5 separate timed circuits varying in length. Some of the moves you’ll be doing are burpees, butt kickers, jumping jacks, squats and more!
