With this video, our host, Aja, is going to coach you through a full body workout that will have you feeling stronger in no time. First, of course, is the warm up. In the second circuit, you’ll be pumping up the volume with workouts including jumping jacks, mountain climbers and EVEN MORE squats. Then, you’ll wrap everything up with a cool down.
