Circuit One  30 X Jumps (15 each side) 30 Wighted Step Ups (15 each side) 40 Jump Lunges (20 each side) 15 Tuck Jumps (knees to elbows)  you have 7 minutes to complete circuit one, or if you complete the circuit before the 7 minutes is up, repeat the circuit! Try to work out for the full 7 minutes!   Circuit Two  15 Sumo Jump Squats 15 Split Squats 24 Weighted Walking Lunges (12 per let) 15 Broad Jump Burpees (jump forward)  you have 7 minutes to complete circuit one, or if you complete the circuit before the 7 minutes is up, repeat the circuit!
