'For our final workout of 2020 we incorporate an intense HIIT workout. This workout consists of 20 secs of work and 10 secs of rest repeated for 3 rounds. There are 13 total moves. Total workout time is around 27 minutes. All we use is one light set of dumbbells. I use 10 pounds / 5 kilos in this video. This workout will burn calories and blast fat efficiently in a short amount of time. Prepare to have your heart rate up, muscles burning and enjoying this quick and effective workout.
