5 MIN Fitness Series - Belly Fat Burner // Sami Clarke #SummerBodyGoals Hi friends, So today is the first of my five minute fitness series that I am going to be posting for our summer body goals! I'm starting with three ab workouts followed by a few others that I'll be posting over the course of one week a month! So we'll have two workouts a week and once a month we'll post three five minute workouts on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays so that you guys can add to the workout daily and hit those spots that some of us have problems with.
