Butt & Legs Circuit Workout with Cardio Blasts (25 Minutes)

This 25-minute circuit workout with cardio blasts will focus on butt and legs. It's broken up into four circuits. For each circuit, you'll go through three exercises three times. You rest 30 seconds and then finish with 30 seconds of all-out cardio. Listen to your body and modify as needed, stopping altogether if something doesn't feel right.
