'V-Leg Raise. Sit in a V sit position, contracting your abdominal muscles at all times. Join hands like a Namaste and lift your right leg up in a controlled manner. Foot flexed; and slowly take it down. Try not to touch the mat for a constant contraction in the inner thigh. Do the move for 30 seconds. This movement has to be done with a lot of focus and control. and the upper body has to be still. Switch legs and repeat the same move for 30 seconds again..
