Today, Alyson is going to take you through a full body workout that will make up for all the lounging around we’ve all been doing lately. This home workout was designed for everyone at every fitness level, with no equipment required. Keep up, or go at your own pace – whatever is most comfortable with you.  First things first, gotta stretch it out. Alyson will take you through some dynamic stretches to warm you up for this two circuit home workout. With wide leg squats, tricep dips and planks, this circuit will work out every part of your body and strengthen your core. Complete it two times and BOOM, you #DidIt.
