'Update to my 100 day fitness challenge to do 100 push ups, squats and sit ups every day for 100 days. . (Similar to a 30 day push up challenge) This is day 14 or week two! I\'ve been losing some weight and my body is starting to change! This week I had lower back pain and had to modify what I\'ve been doing for sit ups. In the video I give 5 tips that I\'ve learned as a part of my challenge. They include, being patient, not listing to the doubters or haters, having good timing, understanding your personal why and being consistent.
