Also watch an unboxing and a time lapse construction of the bench press. The unit arrives well packaged from Rep and took under an hour to put together. The AB-3000 is a great option for anyone who needs to fit out there home/garage gym with an adjustable bench press. It is the bare minimum option for anyone concerned with safety. It offers a super sturdy and stable platform to bench with at an amazing price point. It is 54\" long, 26\" wide and weights 85 lbs. This thing is a beast of a bench to move around, good thing they put it on wheels. Rated at a 1,000lb capacity, unless your break bench press world records, this bench will outlive you. The flat setting is at the IPF standard height of 17.5\", the pad is thick and dense, one year later, there is no deformation or softening of the foam. The vinyl covering is on the low-medium traction for grip. Add in a non slip mat from Amazon and you won\'t be sliding around. There are seven levels of adjustments ranging from 20\' decline to 85\' upright. There are five incline options, 20, 30, 50, 65, 85 degrees. The seat portion also has five adjustment levels to match the angle of the upper portion and has the leg hooks to help keep you in place during the decline. There is a 30 day warranty on the pads and 10 years on the frame. For a beefier option at a higher price, check out the Rep Fitness AB-5000 or AB-5100 both great options if your budget allows.
