'In this workout we focus on chest, shoulders and back. We hit each body part with 8 moves moving very quickly. After each 4 moves you will do a quick bodyweight cardio move and get ready for the next round.   I recommend a light set of weights on this one. I use a set of 10 pound dumbbells.   Each move is 30 secs long with only 10 secs rest in between each move. 30 secs of rest comes at the end of each round of 5 moves.  Get ready to sweat and have your upper body muscles burning in the quick, intense and effective workout that you can do from you home.
