'Greg and I review our 100 day challenge to do 100 push-ups, sit-ups, and squats every day. Greg and I just finished our 100-day fitness challenge! We did 100 push-ups, sit-ups, and squats over these 100 days for a total of 10,000 reps. It was difficult mentally more than anything and with consistency but we managed to finish. We got together to celebrate and to deliberate on our experience and the things we learned. We are not experts or anything special, but we accomplished something that anybody could do but not many people have, which makes it unique and special for us. In this we talk about mental toughness and stamina, having willpower, consistency, diligence, goal setting, mental health and depression and the next step for us as a part of this journey.
